  • Israel Releases PFLP Leaders from Jenin

On Tuesday, 10th July, Israeli authorities released two leaders of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), Abdallah Zakarneh and Fada' Zgheibi from Jenin , north of the West Bank.

Local sources said that zakarneh and the lawyer al-Zgheibi were arrested in the Israeli campaign that targeted leaders from the PFLP in Jenin and served eight months in an Israeli jail.

Dozens of Palestinians gathered to welcome the two prisoners, who warned from the Israeli authorities' attempt to cease the achievements of the prisoners' movement.
